Our room was not ready when we arrived, but the bellboys and maids were very nice and accommodating. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and clean towels. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to shopping malls, monuments, and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center for our walking tours. It is also very close to the subway station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is near to Centrum and close to everything, making it easy to access all the attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with nice beds and clean towels in the bathroom. The staff is very helpful and always willing to give directions and information. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a lot of choices.
Some minor kinks need to be worked out, such as check-in taking too long and confusion with room assignments.
